This scale showed that we made it back to our birth weight. We lost several ounces of water that was still their from the birthing process. Feeding is going well and we have started the upward climb.
Today I thought I would give momma the day off. I decided to take my turn at this blog stuff. Momma (Lindsay) is great with the details and the explanations, but I think Tennyson is an effective communicator in his own way.
This was the first time that either Lindsay or I got to hold Tennyson. I got the first opportunity. (who would have thought that would happen). I would have guessed that a mother would receive that priviledge having carried him for so long already.

Sounds like you had a great weekend. The First Christian Church in Stanberry is praying for all 3 of you, I gave an update today on how well the little guy is doing and praised his parents for the strength they have in the Lord at such a difficult time, you continue to amaze me and as I go on this journey with you I feel I will be changed just by watching and listening to the love and trust you have in our Savior. Please remember to take care of yourselves, get some sleep and make sure to take time to eat, Tennyson needs both of you healthy and strong, we will continue to keep all of you in our prayers.
